·Answering phones and making outbound calls
·Logging call and email record into Salesforce CRM software
·Serving as the first point of contact with Thunderbird that many prospective students will have, and answering application and course queries to best of knowledge and ability.
·Other duties as assigned may include social media updates, strategic competitive intelligence and assistance with shipping and logistics.
