Behaviors identified in scripture that mark a Christian leader can be viewed from three commonly accepted areas of communication: spiritual communication, interpersonal communication, and organizational communication. Which do you think is most critical for effective business leadership communication and why? Support your position with scripture and faith integration.

Your response should be between 250-300 words and in APA format.

Above is what we had to answer. Below is one of my fellow students post that I need to respond to.

Business and leadership communication is a balance of both logical and emotional intelligence. There is another feature that greatly enhances the Christian leader’s communication and that is wisdom. In Proverbs 9:10, one can see where wisdom comes from, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight” This wisdom spurs obedience to Christ because of the awe of God’s sovereignty and providential love for His people. Obedience to Christ allows us to see each individual or groups of individuals from a spiritual standpoint or with God’s eyes. Thus, spiritual communication is the most critical communication for effective business and leadership communication. Also, the wisdom God bestows on those who follow him brings discernment that allots for just-in-time communication. Starr illustrates the importance of communication being appropriate, “All communication is contextual. Communication for the Christian means that one’s connection with people occurs within a spiritual context, not just from a social or corporate context” (Starr., 2013 pg. 535). This is increasingly important because how you are guided to speak to people at a given time will affect the interpersonal relationship and the organizational culture. One must,In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths” (Proverbs 3:6 NKJV). Spiritual Communication will keep God first and never allow a leader to default to his own reasoning.
